How to increase text size in your browserThe text on some but not all pages on the Internet can be increased in size, depending on how the pages have been created. Nearly all the text and links on the The Norfolk Public Library home page can be increased in size. If you have a mouse that has a wheel on the top, you can increase text size by holding down the “Ctrl” button and rolling the wheel forward (away from you). Holding down the “Ctrl” button and rolling the wheel towards you will decrease text size. This method will also work in other Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. If you don’t have a mouse with a wheel, you can use the methods below to increase or decrease text size. For Internet explorer (7.0) browser
Internet explorer (6.0) browser Select "View" and then "Text Size" from the pull-down menu. Select a bigger text size that your prefer. For example, "Larger" or "Largest." FireFox 2 browser 1. Select "View" and then "Text Size" from the pull-down menu in your browser. Select "Increase Ctrl++". |
