Published by the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight. Contains over 9,000 Federal Civil Service leadership and support positions in the Legislative and Executive Branches that may be subject to noncompetitive appointment. These positions include agency heads and their immediate subordinates, policy executives and their advisers, and aides who report to these officials. The Plum Book also includes Schedule C, Senior Foreign Service, and other senior positions. Arranged by government branch and office.
