The 2006-2011 Strategic Directions ensured that energy and resources would be used to provide library services that matter the most to the people of Norfolk. NPL has worked hard to accomplish much of what was laid out in the plan, and now needs the community’s help to update its Strategic Directions for 2012-2017. Please take a few minutes to fill out a short online survey and let us know what library services are important to you. To access the survey, go to: www.surveymonkey.com/s/NPLgoalssurvey. Your input is greatly appreciated and will help shape the future of Norfolk Public Library services. For more information, please call the NPL Public Relations office at 664-7328 x340.
