Bird Clubs of Virginia.
Bird Clubs of Virginia's mission is to support avian research and education. Since 1987, BCV has been donating to worthwhile research projects from its Carole Wheeler Memorial Fund. The fund, which receives donations from BCV's member clubs, its conventions and other sources, was established to honor Carole Wheeler and her efforts to promote both aviculture and research in Virginia and nationally.
