Computers For Education, Inc., in collaboration with Vanderbilt University, IBM, and Apple Computer, Inc. presents this online version of the American School Directory. It includes a fully developed Web site for each of America's 106,000 K-12 schools. Every school in America, whether they have an Internet connection or not, is being provided an opportunity to develop their free ASD Web site. Information at each site already includes things such as number of students, number or homerooms, grades, phone and fax numbers, url's, school calendars, administrators, and even a local street map.
