    Created by the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center, this site was created for victims of Internet fraud. It provides a reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of a suspected criminal or civil violation. The site acts as a central repository for complaints and works to quantify fraud patterns. It provides statistical data of current fraud trends.
